Poor staff, place is never really taken care of, neighbors park in front of garages and donât care, maintenance sucks had a washer and dryer unit out for over 2-3 months, take majority of your deposit for pretty much no reasonâ¦

I'm a frequent guest of a resident at these apartments. Be aware that there is NO PUBLIC PARKING around this building. There are only 5 guest parking stalls on the property (always taken) but there are zero additional legal parking options located anywhere within many blocks of this building, the area is all commercially zoned. The curb markings are inconsistent and misleading but be aware this area is actively patrolled and you will get ticketed.

Living here was pretty great. Lease lengths of 6, 12, and 24 months (at time of review) Management responded quickly, and there's also a Trax station right outside! 10 min to the airport, and 45 min to the U of U main campus. their internet provider also has a quick response time if the network goes down.
